Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our team at Aldi and help enhance the customer shopping experience. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining a neat shopping environment. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and uphold cash policies. Both roles require collaboration with team members, adherence to safety procedures, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchases and provide exceptional service.
  • Provide feedback to management on products and inventory.
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Stocker Responsibilities:

  • Stock shelves efficiently and maintain product freshness.
  • Follow planograms for merchandising displays.
  • Operate machinery safely and as required.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
