Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier and be a vital part of enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Stocker, you will ensure our shelves are well-stocked and neatly organized, while Cashiers will provide exceptional customer service at the registers. Both positions require collaboration with team members and upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Key duties include stocking shelves, operating machinery, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, adhering to security protocols, and more. Stockers are responsible for proper product rotation and creating appealing displays, while Cashiers handle customer transactions and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Effective time management
• Prior retail experience preferred
