Duties and Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain clean displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate feedback on products and issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash management procedures.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with fresh products and create appealing displays following planograms.
• Organize inventory, operate machinery safely, and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Effective time management and knowledge of retail products.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
