We are looking for dedicated Stocking Associates to join our team at ALDI. As a Stocking Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by stocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting customers. This position offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate information to direct leaders.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create well-merchandised displays.
• Operate machinery and follow safety procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Effective time management and excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
