Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Management Trainee to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to successfully manage store operations and lead a team effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and implementing operational plans. Additionally, you will mentor and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
