Job Description

We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management, preparing you to lead your own store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and implementing operational plans. Additionally, you will mentor and develop your team to achieve store success.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
  • Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise team operations to deliver top-tier customer service.
  • Communicate company values and foster teamwork among employees.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and store signage.
  • Interview and hire store personnel.
  • Develop performance expectations and conduct evaluations.
  • Maintain store budgets and monitor competitive trends.
  • Ensure a safe and organized store environment.
  • Handle inventory, cash audits, and merchandising.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in retail management is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and personnel management.

Educational Requirement

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
