Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and working collaboratively with team members.
  • Contribute to inventory management tasks and report any operational issues to management.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment like cash registers and maintain store standards.
