Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining the store's appearance.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Report product issues and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security protocols.
• Perform general cleaning duties and handle customer inquiries.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
