Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Assist customers with purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to offer exceptional customer service, operate a cash register, and follow company policies.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
