Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to create an optimal shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and offer feedback on store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
