Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, customer service, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies in daily tasks.
• Assist customers with purchases, provide exceptional service, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow established procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment effectively.
• High school diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work well in a team environment.
