Join our team at ALDI as a Store Operations Assistant, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining a well-stocked, clean, and organized store environment. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store is always looking its best.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
