Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Operate cash register and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Assist in inventory management and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
