Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with the team.
• Report feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capacity to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a retail setting is a plus.
