We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, and cashiering, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with store management
• Ensuring inventory accuracy and adherence to company policies

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
