Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and customer-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies, ensure inventory accuracy, and minimize losses.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain cleanliness to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
