Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Store Operations Assistant to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining store operations, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and inviting store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security protocols.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
