Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, maintain tidy displays, and process customer purchases.
• Communicate effectively with store management and team members.
• Contribute to inventory management and monitoring.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
