Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with ALDI team members to ensure exceptional customer service and contribute to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide outstanding customer service
• Work with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
