Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring efficient merchandising and stocking procedures. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and improvements to enhance store performance.
- Participate in store inventory counts and assist in monitoring inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply for this role at ALDI.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
