Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your role includes providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring the store operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, follow cash policies, and adhere to company procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service skills and cash register proficiency.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
