We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our Aldi team. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate stock management.
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies.
• Adhere to security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
