Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
