Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and handle customer purchases efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Contribute to inventory management by participating in store inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
  • Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
