Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Comply with company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
