Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and general cleaning duties.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays diligently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
