Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the store looks its best, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in retail is a plus.
