Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall store operations.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to store inventory management and cash handling processes

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register
• Capable of using store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
