Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
