Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. From merchandising and cashiering to maintaining cleanliness, you will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and suggest improvements.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Execute other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform cleaning duties in line with company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
