Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate cash registers, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
