Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, fully stocked, and provides excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and customer-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers throughout their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
