We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a crucial member of the store, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your role is pivotal in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
