Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's smooth operations and enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
