Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in inventory counts, and provide feedback on products.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, retail experience is a plus.
