Job Description
We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in inventory counts, and provide feedback on products.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, retail experience is a plus.
