Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to the success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Performs cashiering duties, stocks shelves, and maintains displays.
• Provides exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborates with team members and communicates effectively with store management.
• Participates in inventory management and adheres to cash policies.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
