Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member of the store staff, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays in an organized manner.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide outstanding service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
