Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with the team and store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and follow cash policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and handle equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
