Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, enhancing the customer shopping experience, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise products, and assist with cashiering.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
• Participate in inventory management and follow established company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate cash registers, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
