Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position is full-time, averaging 32-40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products.
• Operate the cash register and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
