Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, clean, and offers an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store standards, all while delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a tidy store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate equipment and interpret company policies.
