Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and manage product displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
  • Assist in inventory management and reporting issues to management.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
