Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products efficiently.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Follow company policies and procedures accurately.
• Perform inventory management and monitor stock levels.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and handle merchandise.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
