Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Take inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
