Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to company policies
• Operate cash registers and ensure cash-handling procedures are followed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate equipment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
