Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers throughout their store visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, maintain neat merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of operating equipment like cash registers and floor scrubbers.
