Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets and ALDI Acts Competencies for the role
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience a plus
