Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment for all customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adhere to cash handling policies
• Perform general cleaning tasks and operate store equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Prior retail experience is preferred
