Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stocking, and maintaining product displays
• Operating cash registers and providing efficient and friendly customer service
• Collaborating with team members and management
• Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with store inventory counts
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of handling and selling alcoholic beverages (as per state and local requirements)
