Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Operate a cash register, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and operate equipment efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
